Still waiting from GCC ? EMCC is my 2nd and I didn’t received anything from them. Someone on facebook said that she emailed GCC nursing and they said their acceptance letter might not be going out until the end of the week.

Are you in the Maricopa nursing facebook? I would Make a post there for previous students. ? I’ve seen this question asked before and the answers were all confusing. I remember someone said you will only get 1 acceptance letter. I will definitely contact an advisor to get a definitive answer! EMCC and GWCC started sending letters out.

Truly understand how you feel! I have a baby coming few weeks from now! First time mom so also really anxious. On my original post that I can’t edit anymore... I originally said I applied to GCC weekend but I actually ended up picking all 3 cohorts. I’ve read so many post on Maricopa Nursing facebook about how they were able to handle the program with kiddos! I am sure it’ll be hard at first but I know you’ll do great once you figure out the schedule that will work best for you! I don’t have family here in AZ either and hubby works mon-fri. Luckily my mother agreed to fly here during fall/Spring semester to help while I’m in school otherwise I would’ve picked only GCC weekend and hope to get in!

Maricopa CEP Fall 2021 (Applicants for December 1, 2020- February 1, 2021)
For which community college is that? I noticed you might have accidentally quoted me by accident so I don't want people to get false information. I do not have any information on how many seats are available for CEP.

Same! Getting so anxious now... I know they stated that letters will not be out until Feb 22, but I saw from previous application period(Dec 2019) that some letters went out on the 21st even though they're suppose to start going out Feb 24th. ? So now I have been anxiously checking LOL

Maricopa CEP Fall 2021 (Applicants for December 1, 2020- February 1, 2021)
Yep! I submitted mine to GCC January 7 and took 8 business days to get a confirmation. I’m sure they are a lot busier now with the application ending, but you should get confirmation soon!

I believe that email address is for when you want to change something with the traditional application. To be honest I have no idea how you can update the CEP application especially if it’s already been processed. I know with GCC’s instructions it was stated that they will not update any score once the application has been processed, but I don’t know if GCC(or MCC) will do the same for updating the Community College choices. I would try to contact them ASAP and hopefully you get your answer before 5pm tomorrow since that’s when the application deadline ends.

I just received a confirmation that my application has been processed! NOT an acceptance! I submitted the CEP application back in January 7 to GCC!

Maricopa CEP Fall 2021 (Applicants for December 1, 2020- February 1, 2021)
I submitted mine to GCC on Jan 7th and haven’t heard from them either. I’m just assuming that there’s a higher volume of applicants now plus the start of semester too ? probably why some who submitted their applications early December received a confirmation.

I think schools processing time depend on the load of applicants they get... I submitted my CEP application to GCC. I wonder how long it took for others to get a confirmation from them...

Maricopa CEP Fall 2021 (Applicants for December 1, 2020- February 1, 2021)
Are you asking about time stamp for the “traditional” application? I just submitted my CEP application last Thursday and still waiting for a response regarding about that... but back in September I submitted my “traditional” application to EMCC, they sent me an email saying they forwarded my application to EMCC nursing director to be signed off and enter to the system. Then the Maricopa Nursing data system sent me a confirmation in my student email that they received the application and it’s been entered in the Maricopa nursing Data base. I didn’t get an email with specific time stamp... I emailed EMCC and asked if that was the only confirmation I would get that my traditional application is in and they said yes... so basing it on the email my time stamp for traditional nursing will be September 20, 2020. EMCC did tell me that it could take awhile for the Maricopa date base to send confirmation email(but they will always back date it your application). I was surprised when I received the confirmation after 5 days.

Definitely worth retaking if you are applying for CEP. I mean it all depends on your GPA and extra points(if you have previous associate/bachelor). If you are confident with your total score, you can keep it but you do have plenty of rooms to raise your HESI score up to get a better rubric points. I got 84 in English and 96% in math the first time I took HESI. If I kept that points, I would’ve gotten a rubric points of around 81%. I retook it and got 95 English and 98 in math and it literally raised my score up by 5%. It really all depends on where your total points currently stand!
