I register for May 14th at ASU. Was that cancelled? I didn't get a notice?

The one week orientation is COMPLETELY different from the in person orientation. It has not been cancelled.

What is the “one week orientation “ ? Is it the online one week course? I just want to clarify the in person is still scheduled as far as I’m concerned.

I am so confused what’s going on with ASU?

Agreed! I’m just gonna wait for official word from ASU

Oh okay I just looked on asurite and it said everything was canceled for rest of semester (in person moving to online setting) so I figured that would include In person orientation. They cancelled graduations as well for this semester so figured why we had a week one on the canvas but I did not get this from ASU sorry not trying to spread the wrong info. But if I do hear anything from them directly I will post it! I'm at a loss right now

It’s ASU 11. Everyone is required to take this course.

Does anyone know of a facebook group for people attending GWCC this fall?

Did you apply for the day program?

I will be attending MCC/NAU.

The acceptance email I got stated that the orientation for NAU will be on Thursday April 9th from 4-7 and Friday April 10th from 8-11 (pick one). NAU is supposed to send out invitations by April 1st, to which we can RSVP.

Hope this helps!

I got the same email but I haven't heard anything from NAU. However, I was told that NAU will be sending out emails regarding more information about the orientation. I hope classes are still going to be held. With everything that is happening with COVID-19, there needs to be more nurses. This is a very unique time for all of us to be starting nursing school, and I think all of us can help other people who are negatively impacted by the current situation. I hope you are doing well and staying healthy.

School: Not sure yet, but applying to ASU

GPA : 3.58 (does anyone know if they round up? LOL)

HESI overall score : 82.67%

English Score : 80.67%

Math Score : 92%

Total points: 78.8

I am retaking my HESI to try to score higher ?

From what I hear, a lot of students are applying within the 78-82 point range. Most of my classmates who are applying have between 78-81 points and they all have GPA above 3.5 but HESI scores are average.

Did you ever apply with the 78? if so, did you get in? My first couple years of college I was super lazy and got Bs when I calculated my GPA for the classes they need Is about a 3.3/3.4 and my HESI scores were 88.6 over English and 96 math. total 90% . When I calculated my average is about the same a 78... I applied anyway because I heard form a friend that she spoke to someone that got in with a low 70 ?

I am looking for a study partner. I am posting my study schedule and plan at studypal . Join  me there
