Maricopa CEP 2019? (Applicants Dec 1st-January 31st)

Hello everyone! I know this might be extremely premature but I am planning on applying to the CEP program for this next cycle and am extremely excited! I figured I would create a space for other applicants alike to posts any thoughts, concerns, or questions! Hoping to meet some of you come August! :)

Does anyone know if ASU is using Statistics as a coreq?

I’m applying with ASU and CGCC, maybe MCC as a second choice. I should have around 85 points. Now that I’m done with Micro, I’m starting to get really excited!

I am wanting to apply to ASU CEP program and now that I am looking over the brochure online: https://cdn.maricopa.edu/documents/pdf/maricopanursing/online.cep.info.session.3.2019.pdf

I have a question now that I am looking at the point rubric... is the GPA calculation from pg. 7 of the website look at only the "*"?? Or your whole GPA calculated as a whole from every college you attended?

Based on the Maricopa Nursing pre-req I have:

First Year Composition (ENG 101 & ENG 102) A/A

Chemistry (CHM 130, CHM 130LL) A/B

College Mathematics (MAT 140 or higher) A

Introduction to Psychology (PSY 101) A

Human Anatomy & Physiology I and II A/A

Microbiology (BIO 205) B

Hi all! I do not hear much about anyone applying to CGCC.. does anone know about their acceptance application scores? I keep hearing mixed things

The school accepts around 18 students a semester it's a very small class so hard to get into but so is estrella. Unless its changed

HI ALL! My name is Destinie! I applied to CGCC, MCC, Phoenix (in that order) with a 3.8 GPA, 84 English Hesi, 92 Math Hesi, and OVERALL APP SCORE: 82! I barely came accross this website and I LOVE IT! The community on here is so informational and supportive. Yall are awesome! I spent all last night reading everything. I am currently getting my associates right now to add more points to my application incase I do not get in the first time. (I accidently calculated my points wrong, I thought it was 80 until I did the math)
I run a nursing instagram @lifeofdestinie if anyone wants to follow my journey of being a cna and applying!

Hi Everyone!

I am really happy I found this forum, and I am thankful for everyone who has posted a response because it has helped me understand the acceptance process even further. I've been working on my prerequisites for the last couple of years. I just recently graduated with an associate degree in general studies and in arts. I believe my overall score (if I get accepted at EMCC/NAU) is 84.26. I got a B in HCR 240 and BIO 202, but besides that, I have received A's. I got 85.33% on the English portion of the HESI and 90% on the math section. Let me know if you plan on going to EMCC. It would be nice to know someone when the program starts. I wish you all the best of luck!

DID ANYONE APPLY LAST ROUND AND "NOT" GET IN???? WHAT WAS YOUR SCORE AND WHERE DID YOU APPLY THAT YOU GOT REJECTED FROM??
