Marian University (MU) CRNA 2024 Start

Just wanted to start a thread for Marian University CRNA program hopefuls to help share information. I applied a few weeks ago and got an email saying the application is with the admissions committee and to expect an email about a potential interview in the next 4 weeks.  Good luck everyone!

Specializes in CMICU, ICU Float.

My application was complete 9/10

Undergrad 3.66

7 years ICU, Primary specialty cardiac med/CVICU but well versed in trauma as well. 5 level 1 traumas (was a traveler for the majority of my career)

CCRN-CMC, TNCC, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHH. 
 

super hopeful ?? this thread has had a ton of views so I'm guessing there's been many applicants!

Has anyone heard back regarding interviews? Just wondering if there have been any invitations yet?

Haven't heard anything yet. Yesterday was 4 weeks from when my app got sent to the admissions committee. Hopefully we hear something in the next week or so

Do they send out interview invitations before close of applications?  I wasn't expecting anything till November.

From what I've been told they send out interview invitations prior to close of applications. Previous years threads on here look like end of September/early October is when they start sending out invites.

completed 9/20 - still haven't heard anything

GPA 3.53

4 years BSN primarily in CVICU (but traveled in MICU, Neuro, and Trauma)

I reached out this past week as it had been 6 weeks since my application was complete. I was told that due to the amount of applications they are hoping to get first round interview requests in the next "couple of weeks".

Thanks for the info-I have been checking my email frequently-hopefully this week we get some answers.
