March 18, 2009 CA NCLEX-RN Test Takers Come On In!!!

Hello everyone. This past wednesday was my fourth time taking the NCLEX-RN and I am extremely exhausted :(. I studied my butt off for this last exam and now comes the hardest part.......THE WAIT. I know it can take any where from 2-4 weeks to get results but almost everyone close to me found out within days. I just wanted to wish everyone the best of luck and was hoping if you can post here if/when you recieve your results. This usually gives me an idea as to when I should be expecting mine. Thanks and I will keep everyone in my prayers. :)

I took the test on March 18th. Just checked the CA BRN website this morning ( March 20th) and my name is there :yeah:. My test stopped at 75, no calculation, 4-5 SATA, lots of prioritization, infection control, some strange drugs...and it was just totally different from all the test in nursing school !!!

I took my test Tuesday 24th at noon and it shut off on question 75! i had prioritizing, infection control, 3 SATA, couple meds and i felt fine w myself and confident i did well! I 've checking in the website and my name hasn't been there yet! I'm from CA. I'm not familiar w the update times and days! does anybody know which days i should be checking instead of every 2 seconds every day!!! the wait it's killing me! The most part of my friends have waited 2-3 days! today was my 3rd day and nothing! I'm very afraid! i dont even wanna check the mailbox! Im praying like never before in my whole life! God luck for all of us! God please be with us!

Ca state that it can now take 2-4 weeks to get results. Yes some do take a few days but not everyone does.

So do u believe I still have a hope? I really wanna think I do! My heart says i passed, but until i do see my name i wont believe it! thank u for the reply! how much do you know about the IP? because i thouight i will lose it if i will fail but my IP stills in the system! do you know something about this? thank uuuuuuuuu

IP is valid until you get your results. You still have a chance on passing. You just can't assume anything until you get your results with this exam. Hang in there

Even though I failed the first attempt, my IP was still listed. I took my second attempt 3/18 and I PASSED!
