Hi, is there anyone working in MaDocs? How is it working there when you are a new employee? What are the things to consider or anything you can share your experience working in that institution will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i heard that 1st batch of training this year 2012 will start February. By this time I guess the secretary of nursing office already contacted those who are in for the training to report to NSD.

FYI: if you are interested for 3months training at MADOCS you should contact the nursing office.

if you are applying for staff nurse inquire HR dept Padilla bldg.

you may call MADOCS and ask the operator to connect you to nursing office or HR. goodluck guys! see you around ^^

hi me17kai

I thought the training is a prerequisite to be hired so I was trying to get in to this "training". I do have some paid hospital working experience but I'm thinking of going thru this training first. Is it possible to be hired "externally"? Meaning I need not to undergo such anymore?

yes, you have to atleast visit the nsg office or HR department located at Kalaw avenue to follow up your application 2 times per week. if you'll enter their HR, you'll see 5 huge cabinets in front of the entrance, those are nurses application form. How will they even notice yours if you would just sit and wait. Take action of course. Exams in Madocs is way too hard, so study very well.

@ brig. yeah i know that too. they'll be going to singapore. and two staffs will continue education for medicine. lol. i wonder what ER would be by end of February. =)

Most of the topics in the nursing exam are MS, drugs, computations and ncp. As for the interview, usual questions like why did you choose MADOCS, strengths, weaknesses, and describe yourself.

@ kld22: did you get hired already?

nope its not.. advantage of training is familiarized work area and how things are being done in MADOCS. if you are not a MDC graduate,no backer, i suggest you undergo training first its a way for you to be hired. almost 30-40% chances that they will hire madocs trainees,of course you should pass all exam first.. exams will be given end of training..

if you dont want to undergo training then you should follow up your application to HR every now and then.. tyaga lg yan..
