Hi, is there anyone working in MaDocs? How is it working there when you are a new employee? What are the things to consider or anything you can share your experience working in that institution will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I'm pretty much confused about MDH. I passed my application on Feb. 1 this year, and got a message after two days from their HR Dept. They said they don't have any slots for staff nurses as of now but they are inviting me to a CSA training good for 6 months.
CSA is customer service assistant, and from my view it's not related to nursing. (Please correct me if I'm wrong). I graduated from Manila Doctors College with good grades. Me and my batchmates passed our requirements on the same day, and we all received the txt message. It couldn't have been my board rating, as I have an average of 82. It's not a topnotcher's score, but it's not that low to be the basis of a decline.
So I'm guessing they are on freeze hiring again? I declined the offer for CSA training politely, but I was wondering if this could have possibly led to a staff nurse position in MDH.
hi ,i'm graduate of madocs and i passed my resume this january in HR. since then i didn't receive any calls or texts from them. I'm thinking that my resume was just piled there though i did not follow up it after. I'm thinking if it is better to take their training for better chances of being hired since i'm newly rn.

Hi ! I submitted my resume early January of 2012 and just 30 minutes ago Madocs texted me for my exam for tomorrow and that is for the 6 mos training. Yes, it's a six month training. May I ask how much is that training and when will that start? for I also have pending applications from different hospitals. What is the chance of being hired? What should I do?
