Hi, is there anyone working in MaDocs? How is it working there when you are a new employee? What are the things to consider or anything you can share your experience working in that institution will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
hello. you'll be rotated to different areas like wards, ICU, ER, and CCU. There are series of exams that you need to pass. Review all laboratory values, comon drugs, nursing care plan, computations. The exams aren't that easy so you better study and listen to the nurse supervisors during discussions. Wish you good luck. By the way, are you the next batch that will start next year?
hi! i am currently applying at Madocs for the 3 months training. i submitted my application last november 2011 and had my HR exam. december 19 2011 I took the nursing exam. and I am scheduled for interview on tue, jan 24 2012. I just want to find out when will be the schedule of their training because I have been inquiring about that since I started applying in their hospital. I also noticed that most of you had their training in April. I just wonder if the 1st schedule of training in this year would also be around april? thank you so much!

hello kld22:if you already took both exam from HR and nursing office then you are for hiring..
Hi!
I also passed the requirements last December 2011, and up until now there are no feedback from them yet. It seems that the other members here who are working there at Madocs are busy.
Hi me17kai,
How did you know that kld22's application is for hiring and not for training? It says in his post that he is applying for the 3-month training. Is that because he's undergone an HR exam and for interview already? Thanks

I assume that kld22 is for hiring because he took the exam and has a scheduled interview?
Could we call or go directly to madocs to follow-up on our application for training?
Hi Migzzz
If you are near Madocs, then I think it is best to go there personally to inquire. However, in my case, I live quite far away from this hospital (actually I'm not anywhere from NCR) so going there just to inquire is not really a good idea (in my opinion). I think they have included their contact number on the checklist of requirements. You can check it there and try giving them a call. I lost my copy so I don't know their contact number.
As stated by previous posters and current employees of Madocs on this thread, there are three ways for an applicant to be hired. They are as follows:
- if with backer (but will still need to undergo training but with sure slot for employment)
- if with relevant nursing experience
- if a graduate of Madocs
Maybe kld22 has some impressive experience so as to be hired directly.

>> if you are applying for 3 mos training.. the secretary of nursing office will be the one to contact you... if you are for hiring HR dept will contact you.. I think kld22s is for hiring because he/she already took both exams and for interview.. because 3mos trainee will took the exam for nursing office and HR when training is over. I guess that kldds has relevant nursing experience that's why MADOCS is hiring him/her :)
