im just curious if there is any from minnesota cuz im actually re-thinking of careers. first i was going more an EMT and my instructor ask me what will you do after becoming an EMT and i said a paramedic and hes like why guys, just go for RN, they make much more money, better hours, better starting pay and yeah i know thats true, cuz i cant live off of 9 bucks an hours trying to support a child, so is it wierd for a guy to consider to go for his RN? i love the medical field, it always ammuses me in everyway. i love helping out people. i rather risk my life in the ER than on the streets as a paramedic making crap for money. i just want your guys opinions on this.
Thanks
Sean

Well, I'm not from Minnesota, but my son has been a medic in the Air Force for the last 3 years, and will go to nursing school (hopefully) when he gets out next summer.
We really need you guys in nursing!

yes, indeed the pay is good and you get to be around some very attractive sweet female nurses. and don't worry about the title nurse, you define what a nurse is! you may want to post this in the male nurse forum.
welcome to all nurses ! ! ! ;-)
