Malcolm X Nursing Spring 2021

Published

Hey there! Is anyone here applying for Malcolm X ADN (nursing) program for Spring 2021? I am a bit nervous. My GPA is 3.0 and I am taking the TEAS soon and hopefully scoring >90 overall. How likely is it to get admitted? Has anyone been admitted with lower stats before? Thanks!

About how much?

But, it's a long drive for clinicals.

I'm interested in Ram too! But some of the reviews are horrible!

Yes Ambria ADN is around 32k

LPN 22k

RN-BSN 8k with a 10k grant from them LOL.

Rassumen is between 37-48k depending on transfer credits for the ADN.

I am like 10 min away from Malcolm, so my second option is Ambria since is like 45 min commute.

But still how to compare 10k with 30k ?

Same with Ambria. Bad reviews. But, they have a high NCLEX rate (higher than Malcolm) but I also think that's because they may kick you out more easily. I think the bad reviews are from their more formative years.

I really hope we can get into Malcolm we have put everything into this school.

I am totally thinking about reapply on January if I don't get in.

I’m definitely reapplying if I don’t get in. I don’t have my CNA license I take my state exam dec 21st for it, even though there is a waiver for it this semester I have a feeling they’ll take people with it first.

I don't think so, If they waive it there's a reason why.
