Hello everyone!!! Just submitted my application, have taken my HESI, all prerequisites are finished, now the waiting game begins. I was looking for people who were also on this journey.

What's up everybody... I have been lurking on this thread for a couple months and decided to finally join in on the fun. I received my acceptance letter Friday afternoon after applying with a 3.72 GPA and 96 on the HESI. I have seen a lot of posts regarding the classes we have to take before we actually start the program (ethics, nutrition, psych), but in my letter it only mentioned nutrition and psych having to be completed prior to starting. Does anyone know anything about this? I have psych completed and I registered for nutrition earlier today, but when do we have to complete the ethics class?

i believe the ethics class is just one that needs to be taken before graduation from the school. It has to be take (not for nursing but to graduate regardless) so id take it!

Alright sounds good, thanks. I took 2 ethics classes at the last school I went to so I hope one of them will transfer to Macomb.

They will probably start at the meeting. I hear if you're late to the mandatory meeting or miss it you're automatically disqualified to they start picking then.

Yes, the $100.00 holds your spot. If it is not paid, you will not get a spot in the program.

Yup its mandatory if you dont pay it your name will be cut ... Last year at the alternative meeting everyone had payed tho

]Hello everyone! I applied with a 3.8ish and a 82 on the HESI... I received my letter stating I am ranked 164! So 4th alternate... Hopefully I get in! Congratulations to all who were accepted!

Did you hear anything yet. You said you are alternate #4.

I think so... I am hoping we hear sooner than later anyways. I'm so excited to hear that I keep my phone on me at work!! Haha
