Let's share our experiences !!! I just wanted to start a page for those who are getting ready for Macomb Nursing program 2014.
I actually applied this year(2013) for the first time. Unfortunately I was't accepted, but I am hoping to be accepted next year! I want to share my experiences, and meet people who are also applying.
I have completed all the prerequisites, and I plan to retake the Hesi test sometime this year.
Good luck on your new adventure! I loved the Intro class. I had -------- a nurse practitioner, who taught the class. It was a really easy class. I got around 114% final grade. Just need to memorize some dates and names. You'll do just fine!
Do you still have the intro book? If so, which version and can I borrow them for a few months? ;-)
My intro class started today and I can definitely see it being challenging as I was already feeling a little overwhelmed with a lot of information, xD! But I think I'll be fine, I just have to stay focused.

Hi, taking Intro to Nursing now & Hesi this fall/winter...applying for the 2014 program. I think kuvzooheej is in my Intro to Nursing class, also with ---------------- on Mon (evenings). Hope the best for everyone :)
Hi guys sry it took so long to reply back I have english nutrition a&p intro to psych and im taking patho and intro nursing this semester ....like many of you im excited about the program and praying i do good on my hesi exam and patgo and intro nursing.... Those of u who have already started hows the orogram do you enjoy it ? I have so many questions lol does anyone have a patho book ?

Where are taking patho? I'm taking it as well!! Well retaking it. Try to find an other version of the book.
If this is a repeat I'm sorry, the app isn't working on my phone. I took pathogenic microbiology at macomb in 2012. I still have the book if you want it. I used the old version and my professor personally told me that it would be fine. He was right, it was identical even by page numbers. I bought it used and it is in good condition, however heavily highlighted and written in with pencil.

How is the program so far? Have a good semester !!
We are up to our nose in readings and tests dates and videos! But obviously we wouldn't change it for the world :) so far it seems like it will be a great 2 years.
Im taking it at MCC and I think im gona end up buying the book unfortunately I have to get a A in this class n need to keep up with all info ....if your taking patho.at MCC who do u have
Oh ok I have it mon n wed afternoons ..... and my prof has two last names if u had her let me know what u think if u dnt know who im talking about lets just say she is peurtorican lol
