I think she means Pacific College will accept her into their RN-to-BSN program if she attains RN licensure through the 30 unit option, which is only valid in California. How on earth could they put you in an ASN-BSN program if your are not currently an RN?
I would avoid the 30 unit option, as it is too limiting. The RN licensure is only valid in California and will not be accepted for endorsement in other states since you will essentially be a nongraduate RN (RN without a diploma or degree of any type).

Can somebody please explain to me how the 30 unit option work?
I talked to Pacific College here in California and was told that they would accept my 30 unit option for the online RN to BSN.
By the way my husband is the Navy and we might get stationed somewhere else within the next 2 years.
Thanks :)
