LVN NCLEX TEST

I am soon taking NCLEX PN and preparing for the test. I am using Saunders for review. I am wondering whether Saunders questions are similar to NCLEX. I would appreciate if anyone share their experiences. I am scare and nervous for this up coming test. Thanx.

A friend of mine used Saunder's to study for the NCLEX and passed with flying colors...I on the other hand am using Saunder's and HESI Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-PN because it is specifically geared towards the new changes on the NCLEX that went into effect April 1 2011.
