I know theres another "Fall 2017" thread for LPCH, but it seemed like it was for the April cohort instead. So heres a new thread for those who applied to the fall Sept 2017 cohort at LPCH!

There was word going around that they wouldn't have a cohort this season due to the new hospital, but I guess they decided to have one anyways. Let's keep each other updated with anything we hear from them (:

I made sure to ask before my interview and incorporated their names on each cover page of the portfolio - I brought 4, 1 for each manager.

I was also unofficially verbally offered and accepted a position in the Heme/Onc/BMT unit (PCU 160) the same day of my panel interview. Can't wait to start this journey as well!

@vlpdnsu68 I also interviewed on Heme/Onc/BMT last week but haven't heard anything. The waiting game is agonizing!! Do you have any tips???

Hi! I had my interview Tuesday with Maternity so wait times may differ by department but I was told that notifications could be as late as next week. And I haven't heard anything yet. Hang in there!

Hello, Ikalanta, I too had my interview on Tuesday for the Maternity Unit and I haven't heard back yet either. Do you know how many they are interviewing and taking?

Jmonurse, I have no idea! I forgot to ask (nerves í ½í¸¬). I did ask when I can expect to hear back and they said they'd be making decisions by the end of this week and sending out emails by next week. But those who have been offered positions in different departments seem to be getting phone calls... so I'm nervous but hopeful!
