lucile packard fall 2021 new grad

I was wondering if anyone has heard about lucile packard's new grad RN program for fall 2021? On their site they still have their Spring 2021 dates. I emailed them and they responded that dates for applications would posted late April/early may but nothing more.

Hey I went to the BRN with my friend. There was a girl there who had been waiting forever. The waiting room is tiny so you hear everything and they approved her that day within like 20 min.

I am 99% sure you need your ATT to get an interim license. https://www.RN.ca.gov/applicants/lic-faqs.shtml

Oh wow! I drove down to Sac about 4 weeks ago and was told I would have my ATT in 3-5 days, but it never came. Did they tell her it would be coming soon or did they actually send the ATT out to her while she was there? (Sorry hope that makes sense haha!)

Yah and I had forgot something on my PHN license app and had submitted the missing documents and then when I went the approved my license. You can DM me. I can tell you what they told the other ppl in the office. I had quite a few ppl in front of me and my friends. I don't want to annoy anyone on the thread because I know this is unrelated but would love to help

Hey Future Nurses, 

This is my first time adding to the chat. I am anxiously waiting to hear back from the CVICU. I was apart of the second day interviews held on July 28th and was told we would receive an email by August 9th whether or not we were selected for 2nd interviews. I have yet to hear anything further since my interview day. Also, every unit seem to have a diff order to selecting their new grads so not sure how the CVICU is handling it.

For anyone curious, I was given an option for a zoom or in person interview for my second round. I had in person interview this and I was interviewed alone rather than in a panel with other new grads. I was later called by the end of the day and was told I will be offered a spot in their neonatal region! If there is a facebook group, please let me know ?

Congratulations to everyone getting job offers!!! 

I still haven't received an update to my application status. I believe no one has been updated about hem/onc, CVICU, and acute care units as far as job offers. Has anyone received any updates for these units? I know a lot of us were told we would here back the week of the 9th at our interviews but I still haven’t heard anything and I was wondering if everyone else was in the same boat. Hope everyone has a great day!

I got a rejection email this morning for CVICU. It was sent to "undisclosed recipients" so if you didn't get that e-mail, you still have a chance ? rooting for you! Good luck to everyone waiting!! ❤️

I also got a rejection email this morning for CVICU! Good luck to everyone who is still waiting or moving forward with their respective units! ❤️ you will all be great Pediatric nurses!!

I ended up getting a second interview for CVICU this morning. If anyone has any advice on what they may be asking, I would love to know. I am nervous, but very excited for this!

Congrats! Curious did they call you to schedule you for your 2nd interview this morning? or did you get an email from (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) stating that they would be reaching out to you within the next 48 to 72 hours to schedule your 2nd  interview?
