lucile packard fall 2021 new grad

I was wondering if anyone has heard about lucile packard's new grad RN program for fall 2021? On their site they still have their Spring 2021 dates. I emailed them and they responded that dates for applications would posted late April/early may but nothing more.

They sent an email saying I'd be in contact with the unit to schedule a second interview within 48 to 72 hours! ?

congrats on the second interview! my second interview was with a different unit not sure if they will ask the same questions but here are the questions they asked...

-conflict with a coworker

-what type of learner are you and how do you relay that to others

-name a time when you had to implement something towards your personal and/or professional growth

-why maternity nursing? What qualities can you bring to the unit?

-which clinical rotation was your favorite or most memorable

-time when you weren't sure of how to perform a skill, what did u do and resources to help

Not yet… I’m in the same boat! Patiently *anxiously* waiting, still can’t believe it’s real until I get that offer letter LOL. When I got my verbal offer, my unit educator said HR should be sending it within the next couple of weeks so hopefully this coming week is when I get it.  When did NICU receive theirs?

I only know a friend of mine who got an offer for NICU got a call from the Talent Acquisition manager on Friday regarding next steps, but has not received the official letter yet! The recruiter said they’re still in the process of sending that. I’m sure they’re waiting until all of peds interviewing is done - I know acute care has 2nd interviews this week.

Good to know its not just me! We’ll probably get our calls in the next few days then. I’ll keep you posted! ?

Has anyone else had an update? I still haven't heard anything. I emailed D.L.  but some ppl who interviewed with the same unit that I did received rejections but I just haven't heard anything. Is anyone else still waiting? I'm honestly working under the assumption that I didn't get it at this point. Hope everyone has an amazing day!

Hi! Not sure what unit you interviewed with but for those that has the second interview with acute care, they said that they would notify us early next week about next steps (which hopefully, what they mean by that is offers)
