Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital New Grad RN Residency March 2020

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to start a thread for Stanford LPCH’s new RN residency for Spring 2020. Application opened Oct 1 and closes Nov 1.

I personally haven’t submitted mine yet, but wondering what units you are applying to. Also, if you don’t mind sharing any info about yourself or what you feel may help your app stand out (i.e. peds preceptorship, went to school in bay area) I’d appreciate it!

Anybody heard from PCU 200? I know their unit interviews were this week!

They told me the earliest I would hear back from HR would be late next week, I hope we hear good news!

The 21st! Everyone seems so friendly, I'm just getting anxious re-analyzing my responses and such ? I emailed the unit managers and they said they were done doing 2nd interviews so maybe we hear good news soon? Fingers crossed for us!

Did anyone who received a verbal offer over the phone get paperwork or been given any updates yet? I'm starting to feel doubtful since I haven't received any updates LOL especially because Danielle left me a voicemail informing me of the offer and has not returned my calls since then

I received a verbal offer 1/10 and have not heard anything since. Hopefully this week!
