LSU Fall 2016 Applicants!

anyone here going through the process of applying for LSUHSC Fall 2016 semester? This is such a nerve-wracking process and would love to discuss scores/gpa/letters with y'all!

Same here! I have an exam tomorrow & can't even focus on it, even though interviews aren't for another week. But I heard they ask stuff like why nursing & questions related to the schools vision & mission. If you read other threads on here they talk about the questions they asked

This is so stupid to ask.. but what threads are you talking about? From other semesters, or other threads for fall 2016? I'm desperate haha, I need anything I can get!!

Haha yeah threads from other semesters. I just type in lsu in the search bar and a bunch of different threads from different semesters pop up. I just go through those. The latest one, spring 16, is very helpful

Does anyone have their interview tomorrow? Mines tomorrow at 1:30 & I am freaking out!!!

I have mine at 2:30 tomorrow right after i get off of work and I'm really freaking out too.. My sister is asking me some of the possible questions and I can't even answer correctly. This is driving me crazy!!

What kind of questions is she asking you? I've looked at other peoples post to get an idea but I still don't feel ready

I talked to a few people I know and they said they might ask

Why nursing? Why LSUHSC? Who is your support system and how will it affect you in school? How will you deal with the stress of school? Tell me about yourself. What are qualities that a nurse should have? What does the nursing profession mean and what does nursing mean to you? Who is your role model? Why should we choose you? What measures did you take in order to prepare for this level of your nursing career?

Oh and what is one major struggle you've had to deal with and how did you overcome that struggle? Name a time when your morals and values were challenge and how you overcame that? How do you deal with diversity? And also have some questions prepared to ask them.
