anyone here going through the process of applying for LSUHSC Fall 2016 semester? This is such a nerve-wracking process and would love to discuss scores/gpa/letters with y'all!

I am! I'm finishing up right now. I actually am trying to retake the HESI because I feel that I could score higher but I am having problems registering for it!

I'm finishing up too! And the HESI wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be!

Are you applying for the accelerated program or the regular program? I just applied for the accelerated program and I didn't see a Jedi requirement....lol I mean HESI

Regular program!

I'm also applying to the BSN program

What are yall's gpas/scores like? and do you know about the average to get accepted?

I belueve eve the website has the average for the last entering class at a 3.4- mine is exactly that. But I don't know if I'm eligible. The person I called said I should be ok but I'm still nervous.

I have a be a biology degree. My freshman biology lab grade was a C. I used a different biology lab for the lab requirement, because science classes must have a grade of B or A

i read it was a C or better in all classes on the website

Hey Ladies, I'm also applying! I'm so nervous! Does anybody have a recommendation for how to come up with a good essay title. I've written my whole essay but can't seem to think of a decent title. A friend of mine put "They will love the way you make them feel." I just felt like that example wasn't too great.. idk i could be wrong.

My HESI score was very low. 79.67. My GPA is 3.9. I have Arts and one humanities left. I have completed both a&p 1&2. I applied anyway. I didn't prepare for the HESI. It really not a difficult exam.

Hey everyone! So I just applied for Fall 2016, and I'm feeling pretty nervous about my stats...Mainly my prerequisite GPA, which is a 3.46. My HESI score is a 96%, but I'm worried that might not be enough to make up for my lower GPA..
