I wasn't able to find a thread for LSU 2021 so thought I'd get one started.

Aw man! LOL we will be waiting for awhile after all. For those of you who have already interviewed, did you feel rushed? Someone the other week said that they did, I hope that isn't common.

I interviewed September 9th and they told me I would hear something a month from my interview, they said the first or second week of October. That seems less likely since there’s still interviews going on but that’s what the program director told me In the interview. ?‍♀️

That’s accurate.  Those I’ve spoken to who have gotten in said they were admitting students before their interviews.

I just had my interview and I have no idea if my interview went well or not but OMG.. IDK how you have been waiting for so long to find out. Knot in my stomach. @Thesums18

I know initially it was only interviews in the month of September. I wonder when people realized their checks got cashed and they didn’t hear back if they added all those dates. I’m assuming so. This has been a long process.

I interviewed sept 29th and the director told me we wouldn’t hear anything back for another 3 weeks or so ?

It’s been 3 weeks since my interview and I still haven’t heard anything. Has anybody heard back from them yet??

I have not and I interviewed a couple weeks ago. Praying we start to gets calls soon! I believe in previous years they started to contact people mid-October (from what I’ve read)... good luck! Driving me CRAZYYYY

Maybe they're waiting until all interviews are done 10/23 to do that.  I know thats not how they've typically done it in previous cohorts but with COVID and meeting to discuss applicants maybe thats the direction they take this year?  Just guessing, who knows.
