LSU CRNA 2020

Hello!

I wanted to start a thread for all of us applying to LSU’s CRNA program starting in 2020. Past forums have seemed to be helpful in keeping up with timelines and connecting with one another. Can’t believe it’s time, but here we go!

@nurselife102 I’ve seen on past threads that interviews are mid Sept through October.

Count me in! I've applied to TCU, OLOL, and LSU. Already getting anxious to hear back. It is so weird to be in limbo and not having anything I can do to improve my chances now. Good luck to everyone!

@Faith1025 same here! i'm only applying to LSU this year though. OLOL doesn't accept PICU experience oddly enough

@Faith1025 I applied to LSU and OLOL as well. And I agree, I’ve been nervous! Trying to study and prepare for these interviews has to be the most stressful thing!

@AMB1 That’s crazy! At least LSU accepts it!

LSU has been interesting. It took nearly a month to receive the following email to pay the application fee. So excited to have everything turned in and confirmed.

LSU process def took longer than OLOL. Did anyone submit a letter about why they wanted to be a CRNA like OLOL CRNA program requires?

I did submit personal essays to both OLOL (FranU) and LSU.

@jshtoole I don't think I ever received an email to pay another app fee. I only paid the fee that NursingCAS required me to pay...
