Just getting the ball rolling on this thread. Really excited to be applying to CRNA programs this year! Who else is applying?
Do we have to pay then manually submit our GRE scores? Because I'm not seeing how to upload my GRE score to the application website
So after my NursingCAS app was submitted, I got an email from LSU with a secondary application link. You download the form and check a box to select the program you are applying to. Then mail in the form with a money order or check of $100 to LSU.
As for the GRE, I uploaded my score report with the NursingCAS application and also requested an official report sent directly to the school from ETS.
LSU GRE code is 6353
Good luck
I wanted to share some info from the Webinar that took place last month for those of you who weren't able to attend.
- Interviews are usually in late September-early October.
- The program is 36 months long. Summer semester usually starts around May 23-25.
- Summer semester is 10 credit hours, only Friday and Saturday classes. You can technically still work for only this semester if you are in the New Orleans area.
- Clinical information: they participate in 34 clinical sites. Clinical will start for this class in Spring 2020, which will require 16 hours of observation. You are one-on-one with a preceptor and rotated every 2 months to a different site.
Hope this is helpful!
