LSU CRNA 2018

Hello all! I wanted to put out feelers and see who was applying for LSU's 2018 CRNA program. I submitted a personal check for the supplemental application and it has not been cashed. Do they accept personal checks or should I have submitted a money order or cashier's check? They usually call for interviews after the deadline, correct? Let's keep each other posted. I would love to hear from other applicants!

I just found out I am an alternate as well. A delay is not a denial. I am going to proceed with business as usual. I have faith that I will be admitted for May 2018. Opp531, we have come this far! Just a little bit farther to go.

I totally agree, it is a bummer but I have a great feeling about it. We will be accepted into CRNA school this year whether it be LSU or elsewhere. I am claiming it!!

Dont get discouraged. When did you interview? Are you a local or out of state applicant? I am keeping my fingers crossed that you hear about your status very soon. I know the waiting is tedious. I am trying my hardest to stay busy. Looks like I am going to have to pick up a new hobby. LA Fitness here I come! Lol!

How long do the beautiful folks that have been accepted have to confirm their acceptance of their spot?

The deadline to accept and submit the deposit fee is October 16th so not long at all. Hopefully you guys will hear positive news soon! I know plenty of people who have gotten in off waitlists a while after the deadline for acceptance too
