Does anyone know if Louisiana State Board of Nursing accepts online degree for LPN to RN transition

Check the link below. Excelsior College is the only ASN online program accepted by your state. EC is where I obtained my ASN and BSN degree.:D

Before you jump on Excelsior, double check with your BON if they actually do accept them. After Excelsior telling me that mine does, I found out from mine that it does not. Saved me lots of money.

I copied and pasted the link directly from the board of nursing that the OP inquired about. This is why I also recommended that he/she check for him/herself. I guess you didn't read that in my post.

Didn't realize it was from the BON..sorry about that. Excelsior listed my state as good and it isn't.

Can i challage the nclex pn if i did not pass the exit exams? Passed everything except for that.

Your state's board of nursing would provide the most accurate answer to this question. Be mindful that the vast majority of states no longer allow candidates to challenge the NCLEX-PN.
