I just got my acceptance letter yesterday! In the Fall I will be starting the RN program as an LPN. :balloons:

congrats!, I am in nur 4 now. are you doing a transition program? I did a 4week trans then started in nur 3 with reguler nur students. It has been harder than I thought, but the end is in sight. good luck.

ps, I just found this site, it is pretty cool.

I'm so happy for you, MereSanity! Last May when I recieved my acceptance letter I darn near fainted, I was so excited. I'm currently in Nursing 5, I too had an 8 week transition class and it was basic skills, math test and nsg diagnosis and assessment. Study hard and good luck.

i just found out i passed my nclex today... i thought i was too old to go back to school and do this...

how exciting for you... its hard... it is, i won't lie... but it will be worth every effort you put into it.

i am so excited for you!!!!! i remember how excited i was when i got my letter of acceptance.. it was like winning the lottery!!

this is a great forum, everyone here is so wonderful and so supportive... i just know your going to do so very well in your classes!!!
