Hey everyone! Is anyone attending ocvts in September? I'm starting then and I just wanted to hear from anyone if they're going/graduated.

Awww jnc0713 no letter yet? Do you live far? I hope you get your letter tomorrow. We don't start until 9am on the 4th and then on Friday the 6th we go to class regular time at 8. I'm sure glad we don't have to carry all those heavy books on the first day. I've gotta get a heavy duty tote or bookbag.

Ladyleo75 just a heads up but you can get yourbasic blue scrubs from walmart for 5.96 each piece and it's ok with the school because I checked .

Thank you I live right around the corner from walmart I will go there this evening. I got my letter I am In class B which I requested.

What kind of heavy duty tote or bookbag is everyone getting? Is anyone going to get the rolling backpack? I'm still undecided.

I have a jansport rollong backpack. Only reason is because this is second time down this road and at the other school I attended we had to carry four subjects in at once. A true back breaker. I also have a tote so if its a light day I will tote it in but those heavy days I will roll'em in.

Yeah I was undecided about what to use.. My friend told me we only have 2 classes a day am & pm... I was at staples that got just a regular backpack but it has lots of compartments. I might go to my car at lunch time and switch books out so it's not so heavy but we'll see how that works.. Does anyone know if there a lunch room/ cafeteria that we can eat lunch at??? I know they only have vending machines but I'm hoping that they have some place to eat cuz I'm planning on bringing my lunch to save on $$$

I'm also really undecided about what kind of bag to get. I've fought the rolling back pack for so long, but I strained my shoulder really bad last semester carrying a tote that was to heavy. Ugh, decisions decisions.

I think I'm going to try the Vera bradley weekener bag and see if I can avoid the rolling backpack.

Hey girls i was thinking of starting a Facebook page for our class that way we can communicate easier if anyone needs something. I was going to ask school if this was ok.. What do u girls think?
