Would love to know how all of you made it through and the best study plan to use. I will be starting class in one week. Also does anyone know if room 29 is home room A or B?

You'll find what works best for you. Some people work well in study groups, others are better alone. Take notes, pre-read before each class, study what you went over in class for a quiz the following day, do the questions at the end of each chapter and do your workbooks. It's best to not try to hold down a job while going to school and ask for help from your spouse or a family member if you are also caring for children at home. Buy a stack of index cards to make flash cards. Keep them in your purse so you can pull them out when you are at a stop light, waiting in line at the drug store or where ever. There's a website called quizlet.com where others have shared their flash cards and you can print them out. Just search for the textbook and chapter you are studying. Stay focused, stay positive. Don't get involved in any cliques or gossip. You're doing this for you. Don't worry about anyone else. About half of the class will not make it to graduation. Once you reach the end of the year, it will get better. All the teachers are great, it doesn't matter which class you are in. Don't think of it as class A or class B.. you're all the Class of 2015.

Hey everyone! Anyone here starting the Sept 2015 class? I passed the TEAS-V, finished criminal background check, along w/ drug screening. Met up with Financial Aid, all set. Have my interview April 13th and so excited! Was looking for some people who might possibly be in my class and hopefully will become future study buddies w/ me! :)
