I like Delmar's Comprehensive Guide for NCLEX-PN. They have a great pharmacology chapter, is seemed to be all inclusive to me. Good luck!

I really liked Saunders and their RN version is what I'm using now. Good luck!

I agree, although I am using the PN version at the moment. The book is great and to the point and the CD is even better as you can study by different components. For every question, there is also a rational.

My classmates and I are swearing by the Mosby's 2008 book. We won't finish class until August though.

For what it is worth, I only recommend Saunder's Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-PN. They do the best job of explaining rationales over any book that I have seen and that is more important than actually just doing questions.
Suggest that you have a good read on the NCLEX Forum about this.
