She is a nurse. She did not say LPN or RN. She said nurse. Florence Nightingale didnt take the nclex and we all know what she is known for. Should we say she was not a nurse?

Saunders is a great book, and comes with a cd with test questions. It is nice because you can choose the area you want to study, like peds or maternal, or endocrine. It gives you rationales. I highly recommend it.

If you have any notes or anything to refer back on DO IT! Also, the NCLEX-pn is a great study guide.. it has practice questions and everything.
