Hi there,
I just want to tell you that you are the only one who knows where you are standing, right? NCLEX, RN is not just test taking... it's base on knowledge, I mean they never ask you what does colostomy mean? but you have to know about it, how to care, what kind of feces you see if it's on L side or R side or... you know what I mean?? That's why I say it's base on knowledge.
if you need to know about topics of all 4 major ( peds, maternity, med/surg and psych) I recommend you take the review course " Helen Feuer " it's brilliant. then study those lectures. and then when you feel kind of know every things, start doing Qs, cram- exam book is really good and it has 1250 qs close to real one, lots of priority. and kaplan Q-banks are helpful.
Hope it's helpful for you...
Good luck

I'm an LPN...failed twice. This is the advice that was given to me from
one of my instructors...When answering the nclex questions, think like an RN not an LPN. Use critical thinking.

It is not like the NCLEX, it is an NCLEX exam that one sits for in order to get their RN license to work in the US.
Only it is going to be considerably harder than the NCLEX-PN exam.
