LPN @ ECPI, Raleigh NC campus

Published

Hello all. I will start off by saying I have two adult children not living at home. Now, with that being said I've decided to peruse my dream career of becoming a nurse. I have been working in the health care field for a little over 4 years now and find it very rewarding. I've taken classes at my local community college and have even applied to the nursing program and was wait listed. Now, its stated that you don't need chemistry to apply for an LPN program but it's counted against you if you don't have it. Bottom line is this, I'm not getting any younger. I know ECPI is expensive and I've just been accepted into their LPN program. I've read good reviews and a lot of bad ones. Has anyone graduated from the Raleigh campus, if so what was your experience like? Has anyone had any trouble finding work after graduation? Has anyone tried to pursue an ADN or BSN degree after attending ECPI? And lastly, are any of the credits transferable to other institutions? If so, which ones? Thank you so much.
