Loyola University Chicago ABSN Spring 2022

Hey everyone! I decided to start this thread for Loyola University Chicago ABSN Spring 2022 cohort since one wasn’t created yet. ( I am thinking the application opens up this coming May or early June ).

Would love to connect with those who’ve applied/been accepted/ currently applying. If you went to Loyola ABSN please feel free to share your experience there.  Hope to hear from everyone!

I just saw my acceptance letter in the portal. Haven't received any call yet from my advisor. I am admitted to the downers grove location.

I seriously thought I wouldn't get in because I applied kind of late but I am beyond happy and excited!!

Did anyone else register for classes (hybrid) yet? I did last night!! I saw that it was "TBA" on the time for our classes-- Does it mean that there will be a specific time for a zoom meeting or is it entirely self paced?

 

My boss is pressuring me to get the times so I know my schedule for that week, LOL.

Hi - I've been accepted to Loyola's ABSN program for the fall. I am just wondering for those of you who in the ABSN program how you are liking it. Do you like the teachers and are you able to keep up with the work being that it is an accelerated program? Also wondering for those of you who are in the online program approx. how many times a week do you go to the Downers Grove campus? Any information you have on the program would be great to hear! I'm hoping it is the right choice for me and would just love to hear some feedback. Thanks!

Hi - I have been exploring different ABSN programs and was wondering if someone could tell me how they Loyola's ABSN program. I don't know anyone who has attended there and it is hard to find reviews. I would be interested in doing their hybrid program at the Downers Grove campus. Any insight you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Some where I saw they only have a 25% graduation rate which makes me a little nervous and wondered why this might be.
