Loyola ABSN Fall 2020 Hybrid Program

Hi everyone,

I thought I would get a thread started for the Fall 2020 Hybrid Program. I just got my letter of admission into the program! I am quite excited and nervous because this will be my first time doing online classes for a whole program! If you got admitted to the ABSN Fall 2020 program, don't be afraid to hop on this thread and introduce yourself!

yes I am from California! I have never been to Chicago and am nervous for the possible move. Do you have any recommendations for cities to live in?

Hey!! I applied to the Fall 2020 on-site ABSN last week. I am awaiting my application status. I would be moving from Colorado. Any tips on where to look for housing?

Great to see there's a thread going! I was accepted to Loyola's fall 2020 onsite ABSN. I'm also from California. I'm still waiting to hear from a couple other schools so I'm not 100% on Loyola yet, but it's looking likely.

How long after you applied did you hear back? I applied Oct 15, so should hopefully hear back within a few days if 2 weeks is right.

I submitted my application Oct 1 and received my acceptance Oct 16. Good luck!!

I applied October 22 and found out November 1 that I was admitted to Maywood. Good luck!!

Thank you! They told me that one of my transcripts was not uploaded into their system until the 23rd even though it arrived the 15th, so I'm still waiting!

one more question- how did you first hear back? did you check your application or get an email first?
