Low inr; normal ptt with pregnant woman

Im pregnant (( 25 weeks)) .my lab results inr: 0,75 , ptt:29. Im confused do I need heparin to increse my inr ? Despite the hat I know heparin affect ptt not inr so what I should do?? Im afraid of losing my baby because I had a miss carriage 2 year ago

He gave me heparin twice a day but I wonder can heparin increase INR results?

Hypercoagulable state is normal physiological change during pregnancy.
