I am a recent grad working at a ltc facility PRN. I love it. I have had a shift by myself, and got feedback that I perfomed well above expectations etc. I have picked up another 3 shifts (T-giving included for brownie points) over the next week. This facility has many prn nurses, and a few are working many hours. My ? without getting carried away is, how should one go about asking or getting a f/t spot. I don't want to come off too needy though I am. Any pat experience in this mater would be appreciated.
