Many of you know that I work in a school with a full time health aide so my job is essentially as a paper pusher and consultant for more serious things that the aides have questions on. Well today I get to be the aide! Mine is out with a sick child and we weren't able to get a sub. I love when I get to actually do all of the hands on care! I want to do that full time! It's the only thing I miss about the hospital.
Any ideas how I can? Smaller district with no aide? Private schools?

Yep, smaller school or private will probably get you what you want. It is just me here to do all the meds, visits and paperwork. Hope you have a great day!!

Private will pay less, but you have no 504's IEP's or other extraneous paperwork. Parents are much better at being accessible and responsive.
My other question is about charter schools? Are they treated like public schools in that the public school district staffs them or are they considered private in that they have their own staff?
