Hey everybody, I just found this support group. I was wondering does anybody knows if yesterday was the only day they would send out Phase two admission announcements. I did not get any email, but I figured they would at least send a rejection notice so I am not waiting by my email all day. Any advice is helpful, Congratulations to those moving to the next phase!

Have you checked your Insite email specifically? You might want to reach out to the LMC Nursing Department for confirmation on your status.

That's a good question, and I'm glad you brought it up! IDK why I just assumed if I retake it at LMC they will have access to my first score if it ends up being higher... I will reach out to them next week to ask and come back with any info I get! If you figure it out first let us know LOL

I emailed them but have not heard back yet. Will update when I do. I looked into the applicant handbook again and could not find more information on the circumstances of my question.

Did you get the first verification email with totaling points for Phase I? If yes then you're probably in the system and I recommend reaching out to them. If not, then there might be a possibility it was not sent in? Either way, I would contact the evaluations office.

Applied with 55 points in Phase 1! My TEAS was 92.6, hoping to make it through the first phase

Has anyone heard any reviews about LMC's nursing program? I'd love to know how people enjoyed (or didn't) their nursing program, and if there's anything particularly good or bad

Just bumping this message. Has anyone heard reviews about LMC's nursing program?

I honestly didn't look for any reviews since my main concern was the distance snd price, but I hope it's a good program. I have a question regarding the TEAS, do they provide formulas on the math portion? Do they provide calculators or does everything need to be done by hand? How heavy is it on chemistry?

@Lily Beltran I'm not the best at traditional study methods, I typically do best with practice tests with actual questions to answer. I did several different TEAS practice tests but I found the one on Nurse Hub to be the best. You can download each section as a PDF. I go through and take the test then use the answer key to "grade" it. There is a detailed explanation for every question so the questions I got wrong I review the explanation. If I still don't really get it I'll look at other resources for more info on it. I hope that makes sense!

Thank you! I'm using the site you mentioned and it's pretty good. I have the mometrix prep book but I felt all over the place with it.

Hi @Lily BeltranI took my exam on the 26 online with PSI. In my math portion I did not get formulas provided. I did get a lot of ratio question. The calculator provided was included within the website and it was a basic calculator. It didn't have square root or square functions. But to be honest I didn't need that much during my test because for the math question where I needed to know what the square root of a number it was common knowledge. So if you're not confident in that I would have a few common ones memorized. My exam had a few really simple chemistry questions. But not to many. It was mostly A&P. Good luck!

I'm honestly hoping I don't get a lot of chemistry, thank you for the info! & I'm sure you're in, you have pretty high scores!
