Hi, I got 92% on the TEAS and 4.0 GPA, bilingual, first generation, financial problem, (it would help if you have Associates, I'm an undergrad)

@BayAreaEDTech Congrats on getting in! How many points did you have in phase 1? did you get points for both first gen and financial problem? asking because I thought they made you choose one or the other. I had 55, I have an AA, 4.0 in both science and general, first gen, and bilingual

@Chizzykingg This year was my first time applying, I didn't get in but did advance to phase 2, only thing I can tell you is study and be prepared for the TEAS don't wait to last minute like I did. Not sure if you've checked out the nursing handbook but here are the possible points for phase 1.

4. B) Remaining Prerequisite Coursework GPA

Yea thanks so much from reading this thread seems like 50-60 points advance to phase 2 then need like a killer TEAS in the 90s. Hopefully I get in next year

Im thinking of applying next year is a 45 for phase 1 score typically enough to go through for phase 2 or would I likely get screened out

Based on the previous application pools, I haven't seen anyone get in Phase I that's below 50. All the ones I saw are 50 and up. Disclaimer: I am only basing the information on what I saw here on the allnurses website LMC forum though.
