I'm going to have some down time to study after graduating and unfortunately left my copy on bart. Hopefully it is keeping the cell phone that I left on bart company. If you want to sell me your TNCC manual I would like to buy it.

Thanks,

Pete

Hey Pete! I also had been preparing for the TNCC class and am not able to work r/t cardiac disease now, so I have my book in great condition. However, this one is a 5th edition. Feel free to pm me if you would like it.

Good luck with the studying!!!

Thanks. I am really looking for a 6th edition. However, I'm wondering how different they are? Anyone seen them both?

I have it.....but I always buy mine....good reference....go online, you can buy them yourself.

No doubt it is a good reference. If I could find one online for sale I would buy it. Any suggestions?

if you enroll in a tncc course a book should be included in the course fee. if you are not enrolled or planning on enrolling soon you might try contacting the emergency nurses association (ena) course operations department ((847) 460-4120, [email protected]).

the ena also publishes the tncc (trauma nursing core course) pocket review. i have never seen one of these texts so i can not comment on either the quality or usefulness.

you might try contacting a course coordinator as they might have books for sale. if you go to the ena state councils and chapters web page, you can click on your state and get a listing of scheduled courses.

you might also try contacting your state's tncc chair person to see if they are able to help you.
