Gator- are you looking for a regular brick & mortar school, or a distance program? I ask, because there are no distance LPN programs.
Just chiming in because I am also a graduate of Orlando tech (Jan class of 2007) and it's a GREAT program. It's located on Amelia Street right across from the Amway arena. - I am also halfway through Excelsior's RN program.Am a graduate of Orlando Tech,Orlando,FL.They have a great LPN program, tough but you will be a great nurse when you graduate.Presently working on my EC RN.Good Luck!
Good luck in what ever you choose.
I have always had good luck with this site:
http://www.allnursingschools.com/
They have tons of schools on there- you should definately be able to find what you need there.
Another Orlando Tech graduate here! I graduated in 2005. I can also vouch for the program, it is a great program and prepares you very well to be an LPN as well as to move on to your RN if you wish. I took the LPN-RN bridge at Valencia and I can honestly say I was very prepared and it wasn't difficult after what I learned from Orlando Tech.
