I am a registered nurse who work in the ER in the Bahamas and I am currently looking for a Canadian school that offers post graduated nursing course. If anyone know of any can you please help in finding. Thank you.

I googled and found this, but it's in the US not Canada...I couldn't find anything in Canada

I'm not aware of anything like that. In Alberta and Manitoba, there is no specialty education for ENT other than through the nurse practitioner path.
