I'm not a religious person at all....and I found the GCU spirituality class somewhat interesting...really not a super religious class...found it a good way to learn about various religions, which is helpful as one comes across many at work. Just suck it up and do the work. The class at GCU is going to be pretty much the same with any prof----as the prof doesn't set it up.

Seriously, if you don't want to deal with religious content, don't choose to go to a religious university.

I don't think that the OP is worried about the religious content, just commenting on the structure of the class. I am in this program and this is my next class as well. The class is paper heavy, meaning that most of the 5 week period there is at least two papers due. There is also a quiz, couple small assignments, discussion posts and discussion responses. Lot of work to do and sometimes you get an instructor that adds their own brand of work and craziness.
If this is one of those instructors then wait for another one. I think we need to be prepared to work for the five weeks and then it will be done. It might be good practice for the capstone because it is also busy with a lot to do.
Thank you very much for your suggestion you have truly understood what I meant. I also want to applaud you for you calm and rational way of answering my topic...I can tell.. you have right requisites to be a great nurse. Thank you. For the rest of you...I am a religious person, I do not have a problem with the topic its self and sputituality may not necessarily mean religion only. I hope you guys realize how unplasent you came across with you post. Thank you
Don't think I was rude???
