Three months out is what many people do. Believe the ATT letter is only valid for one year. Whatever you do, do not wait until the last minute before it expires. That is the time a personal emergency will pop up and there you will be. People have posted before that they were in a dilemma at the end of their eligibility period.

ATT/registration period is only like 3 months (90 days)
