Long Beach City College (LBCC) ADN Spring 2024

Hi everyone! I just submitted my application for Spring 2024! Hoping that we can connect through this forum!

Just as an fyi: for the life equivalency form, you can just attach the unsigned copy to the application - you do not have to get it signed by Marc prior to submission. I emailed him and he said that due to the high volume of requests, he will be reviewing them with our application.

not yet. it says we will be notified of selection within 6-8 weeks and next week will have been 6 weeks already. 

maybe there is either a lot of applicants or they're just going to email us about final selections & not do two separate emails

I emailed Dr. Arnaud the Dept. Chair and she said they selected the 300 last night. Also be prepared to see an email by end of this week or next.

I also received the rejection email. 

Don't give up.  Don't think of it as a rejection, think of it as a redirection.  There is a nursing program out there for you!  #staypositive

I got accepted! 

I'm glad I didn't take the seat @ LA. The traffic would've killed me. If anyone else got accepted, let's exchange contact info. 

For who haven't, don't give up! This was my 2nd cycle of application and good things will follow!

oh they already decided on the final students?? I thought they were just picking the final 300
