Hello everyone! Today is the first day to apply at LBCC ADN Spring 2023 and I wanted to create the forum so we can share our status a long the way. & not miss out on any important emails/dates.

@Deeeeeeana yes, I emailed them and was told the same thing as last time. They are unsure what happened and it seems like a system glitch, but I was not selected so I need to apply again next application period. ?

Hiii for Cypress, do you know if we have to meet with a counselor to get math/esl/reading placements and a educational plan. Or are we fine just sending in our transcripts?

@vivi9 For Cypress you need to apply for the school to get a student ID number. Send all your transcripts to the school. Then schedule a meeting with the nursing counselor and they’ll pull your transcripts and go over them at that point.

For El Camino there are a few extra class that you need to take (at El Camino). So look into that if you want to apply they.

Wow SO late to the thread. Has anyone in the final selection heard anything yet? I’m dying over here. Also, will they accept TEAS 6 or do we have to do TEAS 7?

No, no word yet. I am getting anxious LOL as far as the TEAS version that I am not sure of.

Not yet we won’t hear anything until about November 1st that’s 8 weeks from the email they sent. I’m not sure about the TEAS as well but I believe it was the 6 that they are accepting.

Oh weird! I thought 8 weeks from when we were notified. I was notified Aug 18. The anticipation is killing me. I know elco is taking 6 or 7. Compton is only taking 7 and harbor is taking both as well.
