HEY YA'LL! I turned in all my paperwork today(THANK GOD THAT'S DONE!) Getting my shot records together was no joke! Hopefully I can get a morning spot for the NRSG 1105 class.

When you turned it in, did they look thru it and say it was good or give you any more info? I sent my paperwork via FedEX and also emailed the department but haven't heard anything. Wondering if I should call just to make sure everything is a go.

iamleeann, Yes I think you should call to make sure they received everything just in case. When I turned in my paper work, V.A looked through everything to make sure I had it all and she used a checklist to check everything I had. Make sure when you turn your paper work in you turn in COPIES ONLY! (Including a copy of your blue card, BOTH SIDES). After that she just said for me to wait to be registered for the RNSG 1105 course and she couldn't really tell me how long that would take and that they are doing that as fast as they can, so I've been waiting...............and waiting, LOL!

Not sure if anyone is waiting to hear back from Cy-Fair, but I withdrew from Spring '13 class. I will be attending TWU instead.

Jesbustos, Yes a copy of the blue card. I tried turning mine in and was told I needed to make a copy.

Awesome. So I can hang onto my blue card to keep? I could have swore she kept reiterating that we were supposed to send a copy of the CPR card but she needed blue card.. I emailed a PDF file of mine.

Called and I'm all set to go. I did send the original signed forms and just kept a copy for myself. Doesn't matter now though.

Congrats root.user on your acceptance to TWU. I've read that thread and competition was definitely brutal.

Can anyone help me with one of the forms on the certifiedprofile website??? It is for the "consent based ssn verification service release". I am not exactly sure how to complete this one. Other forms will tell us to print, sign and scan them in, but this one does not. Any advice??? Thanks in advance!!!
