2015 Lonestar spring hopefuls.

Hi there everyone. I'm one of the 2015 hopefuls for lonestar. Just wondering if anyone has any information on application datelines for 2015 spring. The school sites don't happen to have that info(unless, I am missing something). Any info would be appreciated. Thanks and good luck to everyone.

Yeah I don't think we should be concerned if neither of us got the orange card. I think we are fine. I've been emailing Valerie with tons of questions, and she reassured me that my application was submitted properly! So no worries! Now we just sit and wait

Welcome! I hope we all get in too! Lots of people applying to Kingwood this year! I read some other forum posts from previous years and there were not as many people applying to Kingwood on them as this one. I hope all this hard work pays off for the both of us

Dont doubt yourself! You never know, it's all dependent on the pool of applicants. Hopefully this year the pool has a lower average score so we can all get in. Good luck! I doubt you will need it.

Whelp...didn't do well on the A&P part of the HESI, so I will not be applying for the Spring. I have a question....Can I take the HESI 2 times per school or 2 times total? Say I wanted to apply to UTHSC...since I have already taken the HESI once at Lonestar does that count towards my two attempts for UTHSC?

@Chrissy don't be discouraged! You never know until you try. I dropped my application off this morning at Kingwood. Valerie was not there but the lady working in her spot looked over everything and said it looked good and that if I did not hear back from Valerie then that means everything is fine. So now the wait begins! I wish everyone luck and hope that we all get our first choices. This has been a long time coming and I hope this will finally be it!

I have looked at UTHSC as well and I believe on the website it says that scores after the second attempt at the HESI exam will not be accepted, so I'm guessing you can only take it twice. Since you took it once, I think that counts as one attempt. But now you got a feel for the test and know what to expect so the second time you take it you'll do really well! Good luck

@dawno: on the online app i only chose Cyfair in the first little tab, in the second one i left it blank.. kingwood is a little too far for me, i wish they had tomball open too... @scavila: thanks girl.. i really want this soo bad... i knnow all of us do:woot:.. i left my job as an MA that i like so much and everything in order to complete all the classes i needed to apply already.. we all need to get in...gotta sty hopeful:yes:!! and about the orange card, i think that is just a cy-fair thing... like james said ya'll shouldn't worry since kingwood office is confirming that ya'll had everything complete.

P.S. I have a friend that applied last semester to CF... They were getting people with 11.2 in.. And looks like there is not alot of applicants this sem. So we all should be just fine..

Actually just clarified the cut off for fall 2014 for Cyfair was 11.00

hey liazoya!! 11.57 is a great score.. u will be in for sure!!!... omg u r giving me so much hope! so 11.0 was the cy-fair cut off for fall 2014?..that means that i also have hope!!.. I did a little research in other hopefuls boards and saw that in the spring 2014 cyfair ppl with 11.33 score end up as alternates.. I just hope that there is not so many applicants this semester so we can all get in!!
