Hi, just wanted to start a post about my process of applying at lonestar. Hope to hear from other applicants! I have just taken my HESI and will be applying for the spring semester with a score of 11.54

does anyone know what chapters to read before lecture on this upcoming Tuesday please

If you go into D2L, under 1105, module 2, there are several attachments. The only reading I see is ch. 24 vitals. Don't forget the per-lecture quiz. I don't see anything about discussions. I'm lost. I think our main focus the next two weeks is mini mester 1105 and that's the only course where I see any assignments. Am I missing some somewhere?

yea 1105 does seem to concern me and everything is pretty much laid out...it's 1523 where in the syllabus it list many chapter for module 1 ...Thank you

Have y'all or will y'all have already taken the 3 test listed to do in the edge before class this week? It does not list a due date that I can see. Any input would be great. thanks!

I haven't even looked at the edgt. Crap. I also don't see anything regarding a discussion board assignment. Any insight on those?!? No way I will get all of that module 1 reading done for 1523 but I'm trying. Lol. If I knew how to create a group Facebook page I would and label it LSC nursing 2015 because that is when we will graduate. I don't know how though.

What the heck...I must of gone over all my courses and wrote down everything that I needed to do...I don't even know where to find that EDGE? Could you tell me what class it's under and what to click on to get to it...Because it has to be under something else besides what I am seeing

It is ED-GT I think. It is under 1523 then go to content. Then go down to online resources (or something like that).

Yeah and then there is a word document stating what to do. I only ask because I saw a few other people posting about it and its also listed under this weeks "lab" (on the calendar) even though there is no lab this week. I understand them wanting us to be responsible but its very hard when we have zero direction and no due dates or instructions. Especially when working with a new system. I believe someone made a FB page, at least that's what the girl who made it told me at the OTA lab. But I think she said 2014.

Hello, Just read chapter 24 and do pre-lecture quiz. In addition, the EDGT has 3 modules that we have to read and exams that we have to take. According to the school calendar, we have that for this coming week.

I tried to answer your pm but it won't let me pm till I have 15 post or something like that. That's the way I understand it too is just ch. 24 for now. In EDGT I see 6 tutorials. What 3 modules? Where do you see that and when it is due? tim2315 I don't think we have to read all the chapters under module 1 that is listed on the syllabus do we? I hope to heck NOT! I thought our immediate assignments would be listed in D2L. This is just too confusing and not even funny anymore. :no:

The modules to do under EDGT is in the course content, its just three of them. I believe we have to have all the chapters listed under unit one by the first exam on Feb. 6. SoI'm just in the process of reading them all too.

The only thing I see about EDGT is under 1523 content and it is "Getting Started". Please tell me where you are finding the three assignments for EDGT. THANKS!
