Lonestar nursing applicants for spring 2016

Hi guys! I will be applying for lonestar cyfair and a few others in the spring of 2016. I was wondering if anyone had started studying for the hesi and also what grades have they gotten so far in their classes!

I'm not sure. I do not see a high chance of getting in with a C though. English is in it's own box for points and that drops from a 4 to a 2

Hi, did you take the hesi test already.. I took mines last summer pass all subjects except A&P I was wondering if you have any suggestions or advise what book I should be reviewing.

I did take it a second time around and passed the a&p. I studied using the Hesi elsevier book and the Hesi pocket prep app...it also helped me to watch a&p videos from YouTube

I'm applying for 2017 Spring at Kingwood. I made an 88% overall on my HESI but was very unhappy with the 76 in a&p and the 790 in critical thinking!! Just recently decided to apply...I have taken all prereqs except pharm which I'm doing this fall. So far I have a 7.02/8 but I'm worried it might not be high enough and I don't want to be an alternate. The deadline is fast approaching and I am not sure if I should study and retake the HESI the week before deadline in hopes of a higher grade? Any advice would be helpful, thank you!!

Double check with Kingwood because I thought you need at least an 80 in the AP section...I could be wrong but I remember that being the requirement when I applied.
